Accommodation Rules
- Accommodation of guests at Hotel Strážnice, Předměstí 1651, 696 62 Strážnice, operated by ASAK COMPANY, spol. s r.o., Za Tratí 685/1, 696 01 Rohatec, ID No.: 03164772 (hereinafter referred to as the "hotel"), is based on an accommodation contract pursuant to § 2326 et seq. of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code.
- The accommodation contract is concluded in writing. Written form also includes email confirmation of the reservation, acceptance of a voucher, guest entry into the reservation system, or payment for accommodation services.
- Rights and obligations not regulated by the contract are governed by these accommodation rules and the valid hotel price list or portal through which the reservation was made.
- The hotel guarantees the provision of services corresponding to its category.
- Upon arrival, guests are required to present a valid identity document (ID card or passport).
- After checking in, the guest receives the room key and a chip. The guest is responsible for their loss, damage, or destruction.
- The number of persons in the room corresponds to the number of registered guests and must be declared upon arrival.
- The hotel is authorized to use the guest’s contact information for commercial and marketing communications.
- The guest identifies themselves when using services by name and room number.
- In exceptional cases, the hotel may offer different accommodation than originally agreed.
- The guest is obliged to inform the reception about any health restrictions.
- Use of hotel facilities is prohibited for persons with infectious diseases.
- Extension of stay is not guaranteed and depends on hotel capacity.
- An additional fee may be charged for early check-in.
- The hotel safe at the reception is available for storing valuables.
- The room equipment corresponds to the hotel category and must not be altered by the guest.
- Guests may only use permitted electrical appliances.
- Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult.
- Accommodation of animals is allowed only with the hotel’s consent.
- The guest is responsible for damages caused according to applicable legal regulations.
- The guest has the right to use the hotel Wi-Fi network.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- When leaving the room, the guest is required to close windows and doors.
- Upon departure, the guest must return the keys.
- Visits are allowed only with the reception’s consent.
- Guests may use the bicycle storage room.
- Breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
- Check-in is possible from 2:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM.
- The guest is obliged to pay for accommodation.
- The hotel may require payment in advance or a deposit.
- For longer stays, interim invoices may be issued.
- The guest may withdraw from the contract; the hotel reserves the right to charge cancellation fees.
- Common hotel areas may be monitored by a camera system.
- Parking is possible in city parking lots.
- The guest must comply with these accommodation rules.
- Violation of the accommodation rules may result in termination of the stay without compensation.
- Smoking, tampering with equipment, and possession of dangerous substances are prohibited without the hotel’s consent.
- Disputes can be resolved through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority.
- Complaints and suggestions are accepted by hotel management.
- These accommodation rules come into effect on January 1, 2024.
